Weather Policy
We know how unpredictable mother nature can be in our beloved state of Oklahoma. We cannot guarantee weather conditions. In the case that inclement weather could pose a risk to our guests, Cardinals Jump N Slide LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your reservation. In the event that your reservation was to be canceled due to weather, we will issue the customer's choice of a refund or a rain check for another day. There are weather guidelines on use of bounce house and inflatables. Cancelation for severe weather includes:
- High winds above 20 mph.
- 60% chance of steady precipitation.
- Ice or snow on the ground
- Temperature below 40 F.
In the event of unexpected severe weather during a rental, the renter agrees to evacuate the units, unplug, and leave the unit deflated until the weather conditions return to safe.

Do I need access to electricity and water?Yes, we will need access to electricity. We will also need access to water if you choose to use the unit wet.

Do I get my deposit back in case of bad weather?In the event of severe and unsafe weather conditions as listed on our weather policy, Cardinals Jump N Slide will refund the full deposit.

Do you deliver outside your listed delivery area?It depends. We often deliver outside our delivery area, depending on the day and location. Just give us a call and we can determine this.
